I have set my oils aside for a while. I am currently interested in exploring watercolors again. Here is a study I did today.
Previously I was using a student grade of Cotman. I purchased a used set of American Journey brand, which is closer to a professional grade paint. I like them so much better. The color is rich and bold. A friend I’ve met and have been painting with said I still handle watercolors like an oil painter.
